Ensuring ash is handled safely.

Securely sealed

After separation, ash accumulates as fine, dry material. Our collection systems are designed to capture it in a closed and controlled way, without releasing dust into the surroundings. This keeps plant areas clean, protects operating staff and ensures clear, well-organised operation at all times.

The final step in the system

Depending on system output, ash volume and available space, different dust collection solutions are selected. Each option is engineered to receive the separated ash in a fully enclosed and controlled way, preventing dust from escaping into the surrounding area. A well-matched collection setup lowers cleaning requirements and enables predictable, clearly scheduled emptying cycles.

Our dust collection systems

Our dust collection systems are available in a range of designs and can be adapted in both capacity and form factor to suit the specific installation. Options include compact collection containers from 80 litres, larger units with 240 or 800 litres, and big bag solutions, including pallet-mounted versions. This allows the collection setup to be matched precisely to available space, accessibility and on-site operating processes.

Container solutions

Closed collection containers for medium to large ash volumes. Robust, sealed and designed for continuous operation.
